b. Users (Attendees):

Users can browse, search, and purchase tickets for events listed on Finevent. Before booking, ensure that you review all event details, as Finevent does not guarantee the accuracy of organizer-provided information.

3. Payments and Refunds

a. Payment Process:

All payments made through Finevent are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe). Finevent does not store your payment details post-transaction.

b. Refunds:

Refunds are subject to the event organizer’s policy. Finevent facilitates communication between users and organizers but is not responsible for processing refunds unless otherwise stated.

4. Prohibited Activities

By using Finevent, you agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent activities, including fake event listings or purchases.
• Misuse the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Interfere with the functionality or security of the website.

Any violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

5. Event Cancellations and Changes

Event organizers may cancel or change event details. Users will be notified of any changes via email or SMS. Finevent is not liable for cancellations or changes made by the organizer, but we will facilitate refund processes where applicable.

All content on event.finixia.in, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Finixia Dedecons Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Finevent and Finixia Dedecons Pvt. Ltd. are not liable for:

• Any damages resulting from the use of our platform.
• Issues related to third-party payment processors.
• Event cancellations or inaccuracies in event details.
